MoU Between Bedfordshire & Bahria

Islamabad – Bahria University signed an MoU with Bedfordshire University-UK, at Bahria University’s Islamabad Campus on 12^th March 2008. The MoU was signed between Prof. Dr. Ashraf Jawaid, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Bedfordshire University, UK, and Vice Admiral (R) Farooq Rasheed, Rector, Bahria University. Through this Memorandum of Understanding Bahria University and Bedfordshire University, UK, agree to share a commitment to the provision of high quality education and the value of the international dimension of their activities and the mutual development of research and teaching activities. Both Universities in future will explore the possibility of developing collaboration in the areas of student exchange, staff exchange, research and access to reference materials to work together & promote collaborative research in Pakistan.

The signing ceremony was also attended by Rear Admiral (R) Shahid Latif – Pro-Rector Bahria University, Commodore (R) Mumtaz Raza – Registrar Bahria University, Dr. Mohammad Riaz – Dean Computer Sciences Bahria University and other officials and faculty from Bahria University.
